About Me
I'm a busy working Mum to three children. Since school I have had a passion for children's development, and this is what has paved my career. I'm a teacher and a sleep consultant. My desire to become a sleep consultant came from seeing the effect that sleep deprivation has on children's development and academic ability in school, as well as my experiences with my own children's sleep issues.
